  • Pro-Vigilante ‘Peppermint’ Is DOA [Dumb on Arrival]
    peppermint review jennifer garner (1)

Nearly every progressive critique aimed at this year’s “Death Wish” reboot applies to “Peppermint.”

Most of you should remember the media’s meltdown over the film Death Wish that starred Bruce Willis earlier this year. It is also interesting that members of the ‘Punch Nazis’ crowd have such a problem with on-screen vigilantes or at least the ones they don’t approve of.

    BY:

After a decade or so of what might be referred to as “mom roles”—the adoptive-mother-to-be in Juno; the pregnant girlfriend in Draft Day; the mother of a dying child in Miracles from Heaven—it is easy to forget that at the start of the millennium, Jennifer Garner was, arguably, the greatest female action star in Hollywood. Alias, Daredevil, Elektra, The Kingdom: Garner was as handy with a gun as she was at hand-to-hand combat.

Want even more consensus?

Skip Rotten Tomatoes, they’re biased SJWs too afraid to criticize things like the Ghost Busters reboot. Avoid giving them ad revenue by using the minimalist alternative, Cinesift, for a quick aggregate:
